Teacher and Educational Support Staff

Jacey is the teacher and educational specialist at Blue Ridge. She holds a B.S. in Secondary Education from Penn State University and a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology from The University of Pennsylvania.

Jacey is enthusiastic about lifelong learning and supporting individuals while they make new connections to the world around them. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors – rock climbing, hiking, and camping. She also loves finding and cooking new recipes, watching documentaries, and snuggling with her two cats.

Charles Strickman
Office Administrator

Charles serves as the Office Administrator at Blue Ridge, bringing a unique blend of numerical and administrative expertise. Previously, he worked selling cost segregation strategy reports to optimize depreciation for real estate professionals, enhancing their cash flow. Outside the office, Charles enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and traveling the world.

Courtney Van Buskirk
Clinical Outreach Representative

Courtney has been in the behavioral health field for three years and has over a decade of experience in healthcare. Before joining Blue Ridge, she worked as a manager in residential treatment housing, supporting individuals with diverse mental health diagnoses and addiction challenges. Courtney is passionate about building connections and gathering resources to better serve her clients, ensuring they receive the support they need. She finds fulfillment in making a positive impact on her community.  In her free time, she loves to go camping and indulge in a good book.  Courtney enjoys spending most of her time with her kids and family by attending their sporting events, embracing all life has to offer and creating memories that last a lifetime.

Mary Andracchio
Director of Community Outreach

Mary brings several years of outreach experience from various eating disorder and mental health treatment settings to her role as the Director of Community Outreach at Blue Ridge. In this role, Mary utilizes her organizational knowledge and her passion for connecting with people all while cultivating relationships with individuals and other behavioral healthcare programs.

Born and raised in central PA, she is excited to have this special and essential program in her home state. Mary is also Treasurer of the local Philly IAEDP (Int'l Association of Eating Disorder Professionals) Chapter. In her free time, she can be found tending to her plants, practicing latte art, and planning her next travel adventure.

Shauna Ballin
Office Administrator

Shauna is the Office Administrator at Blue Ridge. Shauna holds her Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Temple University. She brings years of experience and skills from her prior work within the healthcare system. You can always find Shauna with a smile on her face- she loves to spread joy and positivity. In her free time, she enjoys being in nature, socializing and spending time with family.

Noodle is the Blue Ridge Mascot and with Noodle around, every day we celebrate National Cuddles Day! Noodle is a 3-month-old hypoallergenic Maltie-Poo who is a big fan of treats, sniffing, and his stuffed bunny. In his free time, Noodle can be found on someone's lap snoozin' or watching traffic on Blue Ridge Road.
